The advanced End-of-Life tyre processing system converts metal free rubber crumb into valuable gas, tyre-derived oil, and industry leading high-grade recovered carbon black.

FuturEnergy is delighted to announce a contracted project with WF Recycle-Tech for the delivery of a new tyre pyrolysis facility based on WF Recycle-Tech’s advanced technology.

The plant will feature the first in a series of WFRT PS1490 1.5 t/hr continuous reactors designed to convert end-of-life tyres into high-quality recovered carbon black (rCB), pyrolysis oil, and syngas.

This milestone project introduces a commercially viable and scalable technology for sustainable tyre recycling to the industry. Its modular design enables phased expansion to meet growing market demand.

By efficiently transforming waste tyres into valuable resources, the WFRT PS1490 system delivers significant carbon reductions and supports key industries including petrochemicals, automotive, and energy.
